Mia's unique theme maps come in different fine art theme types from golf, to literary, to city maps.  They take different forms from folded city maps, to lithographs, to Giclee paintings.  Some of the cities have enclosed the maps in ornate rod iron stands that are placed around the town for their ascetic value and as a directional reference for tourists. Other cities have screened them on to buildings.  They are also reproduced on to garments, dish ware, bags, and interactive internet capabilities.  Festivals and other promotional events have been designed around these wonderful works of Art. There are endless possibilities for these beautiful works of art. 

Thousands of hours go into the research and creation of these distinctive and unique maps.  The attention to detail and vibrant colors make them a real keepsake.  

The front of the maps feature a colorful, meticulously hand painted fine rendition of the landscape,  detailed with all structures, flora and fauna, and highlighted with historical landmarks and pertinent events such as festivals.  Graphic text overlay is then carefully added to show each businesses exact sinage and logo. The maps are then boarded with details indicative to the character of the theme, folklore and historical images.  The back of the maps features a directory, guide and hand drawn details.  The maps can be featured on websites and link to each business or event.

They are sold at local stores and other vendors such as Barnes and Nobles around the world.  Not only do they provide a beautiful birds eye view, but attracted business from many areas around the globe. The maps are updated as the landscape changes to become a true piece of living history. 

Mia has produced many different types of maps in Arizona, Washington and now California.  She is currently doing a project in California that will be available in the summer of 2016.
